EXPOSED: How Tinubu Begged Me Over Fayemi - Gov. Fayose, ...Says He'll Be Nigeria's President

Fayose and Tinubu
Ekiti State Governor, Ayodele Fayose, has spoken about his face-off with former Governor Kayode Fayemi.

In an interview on AIT’s People, Politics and Power program, on Thursday, Fayose recalled how APC national leader begged him to work for Fayemi in 2012.

He also stated that he will be president of Nigeria someday, adding that he was a better leader than President Muhammadu Buhari.

“Normally I speak to Nigerians on the court of public opinion. Fayemi called to congratulate after I won the election, he invited me to his office and said we were going to work together.

“Few days after he started playing to the gallery, they did everything possible to make sure I was not sworn-in.

“They said I slapped a judge, I have always said they should allow the judge tell the public if I slapped him.

“If Fayemi feels like coming back, it is a legitimate decision, let him do that by first getting the ticket of his political party. If APC wins one local government in Ekiti come 2018, I will concede that election.

“I was part of Fayemi’s victory in 2010, I was in exile then but spoke with teachers on phone to vote him, Asiwaju Bola Tinubu begged me at Bourdillion to work for Fayemi.

“The Supreme Court said it can’t reverse itself when Segun Oni approached it to do so.

“I have never met the Supreme Court justices who said Fayemi begged them to give judgment against me in his favour, such should not be taken for granted.

“I immortalised Fayemi’s deputy by erecting a befitting edifice in her name, we did this for posterity.

“I don’t have ambition to be president but I can be president of Nigeria and I will perform better than they are doing.

“My name is Peter The Rock, you hit me, you die, I hit you, you die. They will meet me in Ekiti, they should forget about hijacking Ekiti, the power of the people is greater than those of us in power. The people are on my side.

“The federal government will not obey the judgment that they should defreeze Patience Jonathan’s account.

“Till today they didn’t obey the judgment in my favour, I have only been able to withdraw from my account just once.

“God knows tomorrow, you are a journalist, don’t have anxiety about tomorrow, let’s see where the PDP tussle will end.

“Ali Modu Sheriff wrote me that I should be a part of his convention. I told him never to write me such letter again that he is an impostor, we made mistake by bringing him and I have publicly apologised. Let’s just wait for judgment at the court.

“I am not a member of Tinubu’s party and I will never be but Tinubu has paid his due, he is a Yoruba leader that must be appreciated.

“Bode George is a leader, will we because of politics say their heads should be cut off?” Fayose quipped.

The UNTOLD SECRET Resolution Of Southwest Leaders At Ibadan Meeting; The Hot Exchange; How Regional Sole Leadership Annulled

Emerging report from the much talked Ibadan southwest leaders' meeting suggests that the region has seized to be controlled by a single person as the leaders have unanimously adopted the collegiate leadership style for the region, report according to ThisDay Newspaper detailed.

According to the report, it was sanctioned at the Ibadan meeting that each leader should hold their local authority in the politics of their state. Meaning no single individual will be regarded as the regional leader.

The All Progressives Congress (APC) met in Ibadan, the Oyo State capital, ostensibly to review the state of the party in the zone, some of the sordid details of the reportedly heated meeting, which forced the idea of collegiate leadership have begun to emerge, especially the alleged dirty in-fighting that took place amongst some of the gladiators.

It was gathered, according to ThisDay Newspaper that the Ibadan peace meeting almost went out of control when some of the leaders started to accuse one another of betrayal and disloyalty to the leadership in the zone.

The meeting, it was learnt, had started with opening remarks from the host governor, Senator Abiola Ajimobi of Oyo State, followed by a former chairman of the party, Chief Bisi Akande, who admonished the gathering before a former Lagos State governor, Bola Tinubu, further laid the foundation for discussions at the meeting.

Although the leadership of the party had also brought to the meeting, some development professors to address the gathering on development concepts and see what to take away from it to their respective postings, some of the participants had quickly pointed out that the meeting was not called for lectures on development concepts but to resolve the animosity that exists within the caucus in the zone.

Whilst the meeting had allowed all present to speak their mind about whatever ill-feelings they had, the dirty fights did not however start till the Osun State Governor, Rauf Aregbesola, and the former governor of the state, Prince Olagunsoye Oyinlola, reportedly openly attacked his Ogun State counterpart, Senator Ibikunle Amosun, and the Minister of Solid Minerals Development, Dr. Kayode Fayemi, who is the immediate past governor of Ekiti State.

According to sources, Aregbesola was said to have screamed at the top of his voice, accusing both Amosun and Fayemi of betrayal to the South-west leadership, insinuating also that they were the very reason the party in the zone is in the state it is.

He was said to have made specific reference to the post-Ondo governorship election meeting held some weeks ago in Abeokuta, Ogun State, saying Amosun set them up by revealing details of the meeting verbatim.

It was at that point that Fayemi, who allegedly did most of the talking was said to have stood up to state his case in a manner that laid the tone for further discussion.

Starting with the allegation of betrayal and disloyalty, specifically against Tinubu, Fayemi was said to have told the gathering that comparing him to the late Chief Ladoke Akintola of the old western region had gone on for too long and that it was a story sold by Aregbesola and his likes to make him and the others look bad.

He was said to have asked the meeting to determine between the two of them, the person that suits the Akintola description – either him that stood by the party and did that which the party wanted or Aregbesola who revolted against the party and even posted one of his most trusted aides, Mr. Bola Ilori, to campaign for a candidate of a different party.

He was said to have told Tinubu that he was fond of believing every tale brought to him by Aregbesola, without as much as checking with others, adding that except he starts treating all of his mentees equally, he would continue to have the kind of problem he is having with a majority of them in the party.

He was said to have further asked Tinubu if he had ever called him to speak about where his interest was and he worked against it (referring to the Ondo crisis), a question to which Tinubu was said to have quickly dismissed, saying also that as a democrat he (Tinubu) had no interest in anyone but was only forced to speak up when Dr. Tunji Abayomi accused him of bias.

On this note, Fayemi therefore affirmed his position on the Ondo election, saying since there was no direct order from the top, apart from the manipulations by Aregbesola and his cohorts, he had a right as an individual to support whoever he wanted the same way Aregbesola opted for a non-APC candidate in an APC battle.

According to another source present at the meeting, Fayemi also made specific mention of an interview believed to have been orchestrated by enemies within to make him look bad by claiming he disparaged the leadership of Tinubu in the zone.

Before denying having anything to do with the interview which went viral on the social media, Tinubu was said to have quickly intercepted, saying he saw the rebuttal by Fayemi and that he believed his own side of the story. But Fayemi complained that such a move showed the degree of desperation by some elements within to demonise some of them believed to be rebellious to the leadership of Tinubu in the zone.

Amosun, who allegedly had his own altercation with Aregbesola was however said to have added that it was bad enough that the fake Fayemi interview went viral on the social media, that some of such falsehood gained prominence on the front page of a national daily believed to be owned by their leader spoke volume of the bad blood within.

He was said to have also told the gathering to ask if there was anything Tinubu had asked of him and he did not do, yet he gets most of the attacks and criticism from a newspaper believed to be Tinubu’s and by extension, theirs as a political family. He said he nursed no guilt because his conscience was clear and therefore left everything to God if he ever did anything deliberately to undermine Tinubu.

A few other persons, like another former governor of Ekiti State, Otunba Niyi Adebayo, also spoke their mind in the bid to clear all grudges. It was Adebayo, according to sources that plainly situated the collegiate leadership idea before it was accepted by the whole meeting, which sanctioned that each leader should hold their local authority in the politics of their state.

When it was certain that all present had spoken their mind on their grievances, Akande then asked Tinubu to do a general response to all that was said by everyone since they were largely about him, with a view to putting the animosity behind them at once.

Thus, in his response, Tinubu was said to have dismissed allegations of bias amongst his mentees and also refuted the allegation that Aregbesola was snitching on the others, saying he had tried as much as possible to be fair to everyone to the best of his ability and that he had nothing against anyone.

He allegedly tried to justify this by recalling that he recently spoke to the Minister of Power, Works and Housing, Mr. Babatunde Fashola, from overseas, where he was vacating and had jocularly told him that “You are working hard there and I am enjoying here.” The same way he allegedly reached out to Fayemi days back to help attend to some foreign nationals, who needed help.

To that end, he reportedly appealed to everyone to let go of the bickering, adding that the future of the party in the zone was the most important thing to its leadership.

It was against this backdrop that a reconciliation committee comprising Akande, Osoba, Adebayo and Tinubu was set up to look into all the issues raised and resolve them once and for all.

Soon after the committee was set up, Ajimobi was said to have quickly given an idea on how to start, saying there would not be genuine reconciliation without first reconciling for instance, Fashola and his successor, Akinwunmi Ambode; Fayemi and Aregbesola; Amosun and Aregbesola; as well as himself and the Minister of Communications, Adebayo Shittu.

On that note, the Ibadan meeting ended, with the younger elements, having their way with the pushed collegiate agenda and the older folks agreeing to their terms in the interest of peace and the development of the region.

Obasanjo, Fayemi, Others INDICTED In Ajaokuta Scandal

Obasanjo, Fayemi, Others INDICTED In Ajaokuta Scandal

Obasanjo and Fayemi
Former president Olusegun Obasanjo has been allegedly indicted in a deal associated with the August 1, 2016 modified reconcession agreement of Ajaokuta Steel Company of Nigeria (ASC).

Kogi State-born activist and legal practitioner, Barr. Natasha Hadiza Akpoti, who has continually decried the mismanagement of the steel company, alleged in an open letter to Nigerians, entitled: “Corrupt Practices Surrounding Ajaokuta And Itakpe” that the former Attorney General of the Federation, Mohammed Bello Adoke, and current Minister of Steel and Solid Mineral Kayode Fayemi were also culpable.

Barr. Akpoti further alleged that “Obasanjo’s washed hands are still very dirty.”

She revealed that while Nigerians are deceived into believing we are still dealing with “Indians, Gov. Bello Yahaya of Kogi state knows who the real owner of GINL is.”

She said that even though the Ajaokuta steel is a federal project, I urge the Governor to act fast.

The Legal practitioner disclosed that the country had a good chance to reclaim both ASCN and NIOMCO, Itakpe based on unequivocal evidence but that the activities of one ‘Alhaji’, PwC and Adoke has made it impossible.

It would be recalled that on August 1, 2016, the federal government signed a modified re-concession agreement with an Indian firm, Global Infrastructure Nigeria Limited, GINL which led to Nigeria reclaiming the ASCN and the National Iron Ore Mining Company, NIOMCO, Itakpe.

According to Akpoti however, the August 1, signing ceremony appeared to be a flash in the pan as Nigerians were made to believe what happened then was nothing but the truth.

She alleged that the Minister of Steel and Solid Mineral, Dr. Kayode Fayemi lied to President Buhari and Nigerians that the country had no evidence against GINL in the London Court of Arbitration.

She further stated that Fayemi told Nigerians that “Nigeria already agreed that we were liable to pay somewhere in the region of $500 to $700m to GINL as estimated by BPE etc…”, and since Nigeria couldn’t afford that, it was agreed to give Itakpe back to the GINL in compensation for 7 years.

“Like Halliburton and Malabu oil scandals, Ajaokuta and Itakpe suffered greatly in the hands of Adoke who happens to be a son of Itakpe.

“One would have expected utmost care in executing his duties as the then Attorney General of Nigeria and lead representative of Nigeria at the Arbitration proceedings instituted in the London Court of International Arbitration by the GINL against Nigeria on the termination of Ajaokuta and Itakpe concessions by the late President Yar’Adua administration. But, he betrayed Nigeria. How?

“Nigeria had a very good chance of winning the arbitration case against the Indians as there were tons of evidence mainly from Inuwa Magaji’s report, amongst others.

“GINL feared the anticipated lose and engaged Price Waterhouse Coopers (PWC) to help them ‘work’ victory out through Nigeria’s corridors of power.

EKITI 2018 EXCLUSIVE: War In Ekiti APC As Fayemi Plots Guber Come Back; Segun Oni, Ojudu, Bamidele Kick, All Spur For War
PerSecond News - Former governor of Ekiti state, Kayode Fayemi, struck a defiant tone in front of some selected factional leaders of the All Progressives Congress at an October meeting in the state — giving the air of a leader not just striving for an electoral comeback but also fighting for his political life.

Investigations carried out by Per Second News indicate that Fayemi, Segun Oni, who is also a former governor of the state, alongside 25 other candidates are warming up for the gubernatorial race come 2018.

The Kayode Fayemi agenda is tearing the All Progressives Congress, APC, Ekiti State chapter apart.

According to a former speaker in the state, a candidate who is highly unpopular can hurt his or her party's brand and thus the chances of its down-ballot candidates.

The tension that has simmered in the Party for years – shutting down efforts to reconcile warring factions in the state – is now set to escalate into an outright political civil war. The conflict not only threatens the party's ability to make any realistic attempt at reclaiming the governorship position in 2018, but also previews the conflicts and divides that could consume the Ekiti APC for years to come.

Barely, two years after losing to the Fayose led Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, Fayemi’s comeback bid comes amid recriminations and finger-pointing after the party’s defeats, which saw it lose not only the governorship position, but also saw its hold slip to just one seat in the state legislature.

The party in the state is divided and polarized into four parts with some faction being controlled by APC national leader, Bola Tinubu, the second and third faction is being controlled by mostly former House of Representative members, while former governor Niyi Adebayo, Segun Oni and Fayemi are all struggling for the other faction.

Coincidentally, both Fayemi and Oni remains miserably unpopular among the voters who know them best.

Swept from power, APC leaders in Ekiti are increasingly nervous that the best-case scenario fight for the gubernatorial election in 2018 will be a long, ugly redux of the Jimoh Ibrahim vs. Eyitayo Jegede primary in Ondo state.

But an even broader, more vicious factional scramble may be looming.

A group of high-profile ministers and establishment figures in the Buhari administration are moving swiftly to nip such a tussle in the bud by coalescing around former governor Kayode Fayemi — who has not formally announced his bid, but who appears prepared to and have been meeting secretly with party members in the state.

Per Second News in an October report revealed that he met with some factional leaders in a bid to curry their support. Attendees also revealed that he gave out cash gifts at the meeting.

Meanwhile others in the party, including former Governor Segun Oni, now Deputy national chairman (South West) of the APC, Senator Babafemi Ojudu, Hon Bimbo Daramola, Hon Opeyemi Bamidele, Hon Bamidele Faparusi, Gbenga Aluko, Olufemi Bamishile are said to be open to bids of their own, fielding calls from party members and their supporters about their interest.

Battle to lead the APC in Ekiti begins as progressives and centrists throw names into the ring.

Ekiti elders forum called a meeting in September to resolve crisis in the State chapter of the party, and reconcile former governors of the state with Bola Tinubu, National Leader of the party ended with disruption.

Otunba Niyi Adebayo was said to have got up angrily and denounced Tinubu, insisting that he would neither reconcile with Tinubu and nor recognise him as leader because they were both governors at the same time.

Ex-governors Adebayo, Fayemi and Oni according to one of the sources at the meeting, came with the constitution of the party and said the party does not recognize Elders Forum, but that they were only at the meeting because of the respect they had for the elders.

Elders there, unsure of what to do it in a post-Fayose era, are split over who the next gubernatorial candidate should be and were stunned by the disruption. At the same time, prominent politicians are sprinting to step into the sudden vacuum as the party’s ideological or political — not mechanical — leader.

The crisis in the South west chapter of the party, took another turn last month after the Ekiti State chapter flayed Governor Rauf Aregbesola of Osun State over his visit and commendation of Governor Ayodele Fayose of Ekiti State.

The assertion of the Ekiti State chapter of the party was immediately rebuffed by the Osun State chapter which lampooned the Ekiti State chapter for not recognising the political maturity displayed by Ogbeni Aregbseola in his visit to Governor Fayose.

Aregbesola, a close ally of APC national leader, Asiwaju Bola Tinubu, according to sources, was perceived to have hurt the interests of some supporters of former Governor Kayode Fayemi,  at the Ekiti state chapter of the APC when he visited Fayose and praised the Ekiti State governor.

Fayose, a member of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, was commended by Aregbesola for being an “omoluabi” and a hardworking governor, who had turned around the fortunes of Ekiti State in terms of infrastructure.

The war of words was not helped by claims that the two chapters were acting as proxies for a broader fight and larger interests in the Southwest chapters of the party.

The determination of Fayemi and some serving ministers, governors in the Buhari government to thwart national leader of the party, Bola Tinubu at every turn is now clear.

That goal got a significant boost when Tinubu’s candidate at both Kogi and Ondo state lost out in the battle to become governors of their respective states. The Fayemi group backed by a Southwest governor, Plateau state governor, a minister from the SouthSouth have all vowed to repeat same feat in Ekiti come 2018 with federal might.

Governors Have No Power To SACK LG Chairmen, Councillors - SUPREME Court Rules
The Supreme Court yesterday voided laws enacted by the states’ Houses of Assembly which allow governors to sack elected Chairmen of Local Governments and Councillors and replace them with appointed administrators.

It has of recent become a tradition among governors to dissolve the Executive Councils of the states’ LGs and replace them with their appointees, who they call caretaker committees.

In a unanimous judgement of five Justices of the Supreme Court described the practice as “executive recklessness”, which must not be allowed to persist.

The judgment by the five-man panel, led by Justice Olabode Rhodes-Vivour was on the appeal in relation to the dissolution of the 16 Local Government Executives in Ekiti State, during Kayode Fayemi’s tenure.

The appeal marked:SC/120/2013 was filed by the Ekiti State Government. It had Prince Sanmi Olubunmo (Chairman of Ido Osi LG and Chairman of Association of Local Government’s of Nigeria – ALGON, Ekiti Chapter and 13 others as respondents. Fayemi, now Minister of Mineral Resources reportedly announced the dissolution of the councils in a radio announcement on October 29, 2010, when the elected council officials still had up till December 19, 2011 to end their three-year tenure.

The Supreme Court, in faulting the law purportedly relied on by Fayemi, held that Section 23(b) of the Ekiti State Local Government Administration (Amendment) Law, 2001, which empowered the governor to dissolve local government councils, whose tenure was yet to expire, violated section 7(1) of the Constitution from which the state House of Assembly derived the power to enact the local government law.

Justice Centus Nweze, in the lead judgment, said: “There can be no doubt, as argued by the appellants’ counsel, that the Ekiti State House of Assembly is empowered to make laws of Ekiti State.

“However, the snag here is that, in enacting section 23(b) of the Ekiti State Local Government Administration (Amendment) Law, 2001, which empowered the first appellant to bridge the tenure of office of the respondents, it overreached itself. “In other words, section 23(b) (supra) is violative of, and in conflict with section 7(1) of the Constitution (supra). “Hence, it is bound to suffer the fate of ll laws which are in conflict with the Constitution, section 1(3) thereof.”

The judge Said Section 7(1) of the Constitution seeks to guarantee “the system of local government by democratically-elected local government councils and conferred “sacrosanctity on the elections of such officials whose electoral mandates derived from the will of the people freely exercised through the democratic process”.

“The implication, therefore, is that section 23(b) of thethe Ekiti State Local Government Administration (Amendment) Law, 2001, which was not intended to ‘ensure the existence of’ such democratically-elected councils, but to snap their continued existence by their substitution with caretaker councils, was enacted in clear breach of the supreme provisions of section 7(1) of the Constitution.

“To that extent, it (section 23(b) supra) cannot co-habit with section 7(1) of the Constitution (supra) and must, in consequence, be invalidated. “The reason is simple. By his oath of office, the governor swore to protect and not to supplant the Constitution.

“Hence, any action of his which has the capacity of undermining the same Constitution (as in the instant case where the first appellant, ‘Governor of Ekiti State and others’ dissolved the tenure of the respondents and replaced them with caretaker committees) is tantamount to executive recklessness which would not be condoned,” the judge said. Justice Nweze said the the tenure of the local government councils could not be abridged without violating the supreme constitutional provisions.

“Simply put, therefore, the election of such officials into their offices and their tenure are clothed with constitutional force. They cannot, therefore, be abridged without breaching the Constitution from which they derive their force. “The only permissible exception, where a state governor could truncate the lifespan of a local government council which evolved through the democratic process of elections, is ‘for overriding public interest’ in a period of emergency.”

He upheld the earlier decision of the Court of Appeal on the issue and adopted the orders made by the Court of Appeal on the case in its judgment delivered on January 23, 2013. The Appeal Court had among others, ordered the Ekiti State Government to compute and pay all the allowances and salaries accruable to members of the dissolved councils between October 29, 2010 and December 19, 2011, both dates inclusive. Justice Nweze directed the Attorney- General of Ekiti State to ensure that the orders of the lower court (Appeal Court) affirmed in his judgment, are complied with.

Which Kind Of Politics Is This, By Goke Butika

Fayose Tinubu Kayode fayemi
The narratives are fast changing in Ondo politics. Because, some guys were desperate to have a bite in the resources of the state, they raised army of cyber rodents to demolish a political party Asiwaju Bola Tinubu built in conjunction with his allies across the Niger, using Tinubu's name as justification for pulling the same party down; all because they want to brighten their opportunism at the other side.

Suddenly, Ayo Fayose of Ekitit state who is perceived as tormentor in chief of the same party in his state has become a Darling hero whose statement is now used as reference quote. And the governors of the Tinubu's party in the South West are patiently waiting to mock their candidate when the election result is out, and their aloofness has exposed their vulnerability.

Fayemi, a Minister from the South West is being attacked from all cylinders because he chooses to be a party man. What an irony!

The implication of this scenario is, South West may soon become a pawn in the national politics, and Tinubu who is pacing to octogenarian club would be held for causing the distrust. At that point, the narrative would be twisted and those who are using personal ambition to drag his name would have expired. Somebody should please tell why some people are hell bent in reducing Tinubu, a national pilirical legend to regional champion after his undisputed feat? Who will save this Emperor from the conspiracy theories of his "army"?

Lord, I bow and tremble .

Fayose's Aides Get Ultimatum To Retract Libelous Statements Against Fayemi, See Raw Copy of Letter From Lawyer

Fayose and Lere Olayinka
Former Governor of Ekiti State and Minister of Mines and Steel Development, Dr. Kayode Fayemi, has given a seven-day ultimatum to a member of Ekiti State House of Assembly, Dr Samuel Omotoso, and Special Assistant on New Media and Public Communications to Governor Ayodele Fayose, Mr Lere Olayinka, to retract libellous statements against him in a live television programme aired on the state television on July 6, 2016.

In a letter on behalf of the minister from the Law Chambers of R.O. Balogun & Co, dated November 19th, Dr Fayemi is asking both Omotosho and Olayinka to make a retraction and public apology, which must be given equal prominence like the offending statements and utterances.

They are also to pay Fayemi N100m for the offending statement within the period, failure of which an action would be filed against them in the law court.

The duo of Omotoso and Olayinka had during a live programme on Ekiti State Television (EKTV) tagged Ejiire on July 6, 2016, alleged that Dr Fayemi illegally took N1.5billion from Ekiti treasury and gave it to President Mohammadu Buhari, while contesting the presidential election on the platform of the All Progressives Congress (APC).

They also alleged that Fayemi looted Ekiti treasury, alleging fraud in the purchase of vehicles for traditional rulers and illegal withdrawal of N852million SUBEB money .

Olayinka had said during the programme that "Fayemi paid Ekiti N852m into SUBEB account at Access Bank, and now this is the fraud he committed: It was this money that qualifies Ekiti to receive Abuja’s N852m SUBEB money, but immediately the money dropped into Ekiti SUBEB account, Fayemi just withdrew the state counterpart fund from the SUBEB account and Abuja SUBEB caught them red-handed in the fraud game, just like 419."

Olayinka also said that Fayemi illegally collected N5billion from Ecobank in the name of Fountain Holdings for purported road construction.

He also alleged that Fayemi borrowed money on behalf of the state to build a Government House for his wife and children. He also alleged that Fayemi spent the state's funds to build a private university for himself in Ghana.

Omotoso said Fayemi refused to pay pensioners, but was "acting like armed robber and carted away Ekiti money", adding that he was not "just saying it for fun that Fayemi stole Ekiti money, but he went away with Ekiti money and destroyed the economy of the state".

But Fayemi in a letter by his lawyer, Chief R.O. Balogun, has demanded a public apology with the same prominence they committed the offence, retraction of the offensive comment and payment of N100m within seven days of receipt of the letter, otherwise they would be sued for criminal defamation of character.

The Minister had complained through his counsel that their utterances during the programme portrayed him as a very corrupt public office holder and fraudulent person who siphoned public funds at the detriment of Ekiti citizens while serving as governor.

He also complained that he was exposed to "public ridicule, odium, opprobrium, embarrassment and unprecedented disrepute", arguing that the duo had done "incalculable and tremendous injury to his image and personality as an international figure".

Balogun said if within seven days the defendants refused to comply with the demands, his client would have no choice than to drag them to court to ventilate the grievances.
