Mato Mourns Akaagerger, Says He Made Potent Impact

Former member of the House of Representatives for Vandeikya/Konshisha Federal Constituency in Benue State, Rt. Hon. Mrs. Dorathy Mato mourns Chief Sen. Col. Joseph Iorshagher Akaagerger (Rtd) whose demise occurred on 15th May, 2025.

Mato being a friend to the family of Akaagerger for decades described late Akaagerger as a man who had the penchant for progress and used his philanthropy to elevate the human race in the military, politics, communities and in the church where he was extremely committed to the service of God.

He was born on 5th May, 1956 and died on 15th May, 2025 at the age of 69; buried on Saturday, 14th June, 2025 at his hometown in Akaagerger Iber Compound, Konshisha LGA, Benue State.

She prayed God to grant the family the fortitude to bear their irreplaceable loss and grant late Akaagerger eternal rest.
