Meet Olivia Bentley, a sex therapist who rescues marriages by sleeping with troubled clients

Meet Olivia Bentley, a sex therapist who rescues marriages by sleeping with troubled clients

By Dansu Peter

Olivia Bentley is a 46-year-old sex therapist from Boise, Idaho, in the United States. Olivia, however, is not your typical therapist; she infuses her work with a distinctive perspective that is creating a stir in the intimacy and relationship communities.

Olivia, who has been in the sex industry for 15 years, told the New York Post that she uses her wealth of knowledge and experience to save countless marriages.

Her unorthodox methods include offering emotional support, hosting intimate one-to-three-hour sessions where she imparts saucy tips, and, believe it or not, even jumping into bed with clients for some hands-on education.

While some may raise their eyebrows at her methods, Olivia claims to have saved hundreds of marriages with her sex therapy. One of the key elements of Olivia’s philosophy is that it’s “unfair” for women to get married and neglect their husbands’ sexual needs

Health Minister Resigns Over Travel Expenses Scandal

Health Minister Resigns Over Travel Expenses Scandal

Sussan Ley Resigns
Australia’s Minister for Health, aged care and sports, Sussan Ley, resigned on Friday in the wake of a travel entitlements scandal.

The scandal has forced Prime Minister Malcolm Turnbull, to set up an independent parliamentary expenses authority.

Last week it was revealed that Ley had undertaken taxpayer-funded official trips for personal use, where she bought herself an apartment and attended New Year’s Eve functions.

Turnbull said Ley had reached the decision to tender her resignation after extensive discussions.

“She has made a judgment that is, I believe, in the interests of the government,’’ he said in Sydney.

“As politicians, backbenchers and ministers, we should be as careful and as accountable with taxpayers’ money as we possibly can be we are dealing with other people’s money,’’ Turnbull said.

Earlier this week, Turnbull had ordered an investigation into Ley’s travel claims, while she stood aside without ministerial pay, but he did not comment on the findings of the investigation.

Ley and her partner had bought an apartment worth 581,000 U.S. dollars during a ministerial trip to the Gold Coast in Queensland in May 2015.

She has agreed to pay back some of the costs for her Gold Coast trips, while maintaining that she did not break any rules by buying the apartment, as the purchase “was neither planned nor anticipated.’’

On Friday, Ley said she was confident she had followed the rules.

“I am confident that I have followed the rules, not just regarding entitlements but most importantly the ministerial code of conduct’’ she said in her resignation letter to the prime minister.

Ley, who has been a health minister since 2014, said she was working with the government inquiry into her travel claims and compliance with ministerial standards.

“Whilst I have attempted at all times to be meticulous with rules and standards, I accept community annoyance, even anger, with politicians’ entitlements demands a response,’’ she said in the letter.

Turnbull’s government has been engulfed with entitlements scandals since the controversy surrounding Ley emerged, with reports of other ministers and politicians using taxpayer-funded official trips for personal reasons.

Local broadcaster ABC reported Australia’s foreign minister, Julie Bishop, had claimed expenses for a total of 11,000 dollars to attend five polo events and a rugby game on “official ministerial business.’’

Similarly, Trade Minister Steven Ciobo and Finance Minister Mathias Cormann had attended an Australian rules football match, while Immigration Minister Peter Dutton charged 4,000 dollars for a gala dinner with friends in Washington DC, according to reports.

Last year, a state minister in Victoria had to apologise for using taxpayer-funded chauffeur to transport his dogs to his country house.

Earlier, speaker of the House of Representatives, Bronwyn Bishop, was forced to resign in 2015 after it was revealed that she had used 5,200 dollars in public funds to charter a helicopter to fly to a political fundraiser.

Turnbull announced new measures and an independent agency to manage and monitor work expenses and adjudicate all claims by the lawmakers, as well as ministers, “to ensure taxpayer funds are properly spent.’’

“Australians are entitled to expect that politicians spend taxpayers’ money carefully, ensuring at all times that their work expenditure represents an efficient, effective and ethical use of public resources,’’ he said.

He said the parliamentarians’ expenses will be made accessible monthly and in a searchable format.

“We owe the people of Australia the greatest transparency and the greatest accountability,’’ he said.

US Presidential Hottest Debate: Watch Video As Trump Threatens To JAIL Clinton
“If I win, I am going to instruct my attorney general to get a special prosecutor to look into your situation because there has never been so many lies, so much deception—there has never been anything like it and we’re going to have to get a special prosecutor,”

Those were the words of  Donald Trump during the presidential debate on Sunday.

Trump threatened Hillary Clinton with jail if he wins the election, after saying he would prosecute her for her use of a personal email server.

Clinton, who responded by asking viewers to fact-check Trump in real time, said, “I expect we’ll have millions more fact-checking because, you know, it is, it’s just awfully good that someone with the temperament of Donald Trump is not in charge of the law in our country.”

An assassination attempt on Angela Merkel, German Chancellor and the third most powerful person in the world according to Forbes, was foiled in Prague, Czech Republic on Thursday by police and security officials during her official visit to the nation.

A man driving a black Mercedes, “attempted to join the motorcade as it moved between Prague airport and Czech government headquarters” as Merkel arrived the country to hold talks with Czech Prime Minister Bohuslav Sobotka.

Czech police arrested the man who tried to “run down police” and police spokesman Jozef Bocan said the suspect was in custody.

Bocan added that Merkel “had not been in danger” and confirmed officers had to use firearms to subdue the suspect.

He said: “While attempting to join the motorcade, he tried to run down police securing the road.

“The suspect acted alone. He was not armed, but items found in the car could easily have been used as weapons, particularly some cement cubes.” according to quotes from German newspaper Bild.

On Thursday, hundreds of protesters, including members of anti-Islam groups, rallied in central Prague to protest against Merkel with some labeling her as the 'next Hitler' after she decided to open the EU’s doors to refugees and migrants last summer.

See Photos of Face of Jesus appears in the sky of England
A 26-year-old mother-of-two couldn’t believe her eyes when snapped the shot, looked at her smartphone and saw the mystery bearded face staring back at her! The blurry silhouette resembling Jesus’ face can be seen in the middle of the image of the striking pink and purple skyline in between the two trees.

Recalling the moment Becky said: “I was just taking a nice picture in my son’s bedroom of the sunset because I thought it looked really pretty. I couldn’t believe it when I saw the face looking back at me through the camera it was so cool. I immediately tried to zoom in and take another picture but it just didn’t look as good which is a shame. The first person that came into my mind was that it looked like Jesus.”

She sent the picture to her mother who was also amazed by the resemblance and the pair both posted it on social media. Expectedly, it immediately went viral forcing people in different corners of the world guess who is that guy with kind face hiding in heaven. Although there were various theories about and comaprisons to popular actors and siners, Becky is convinced — Jesus revealed himself to her.

Obama's Powerful Essay About Feminism, His Daughters, and Hillary Clinton

Obama's Powerful Essay About Feminism, His Daughters, and Hillary Clinton

Obama Wrote a Powerful Essay about Feminism, His Daughters, and Hillary Clinton
MSN - Barack Obama is a feminist. This is something he confirmed in detail at the White House Summit on the United State of Women in June—but it’s something his daughters, 15-year-old Sasha and 18-year-old Malia, know first hand. On the heels of his D.N.C. speech endorsing the first female Presidential nominee Hillary Clinton, Obama wrote an essay for Glamour, about why he is what a feminist looks like—and why it’s important his daughters know that.

When you’re the President of the United States, it means long nights (not counting almonds), and international trips away from home. But, as Obama says, “perhaps the greatest unexpected gift of this job has been living above the store.” Sasha was just 7 when her father took office and Malia 9; both have grown into full-fledged American teens, hanging around trendy music festivals and taking on summer jobs. In that time, Obama says his daughters have grown to be wise, socially aware women of the world.

“Michelle and I have raised our daughters to speak up when they see a double standard or feel unfairly judged based on their gender or race—or when they notice that happening to someone else. It’s important for them to see role models out in the world who climb to the highest levels of whatever field they choose. And yes, it’s important that their dad is a feminist, because now that’s what they expect of all men.”

Obama evoked Shirley Chisholm, the first African American woman to run for president, who said, “The emotional, sexual, and psychological stereotyping of females begins when the doctor says, ‘It’s a girl.’?” But he says that now, with Hillary Clinton as the Democratic nominee, there is an opportunity to break these stereotypes that still exist in much of the country and the world.

“No matter your political views, this is a historic moment for America,” he says. “And it’s just one more example of how far women have come on the long journey toward equality.” After all, he reminds, 21st century feminism isn’t just about the Benjamins; “it’s about the Tubmans, too.”
