The frontline contender for the Kwande/Ushongo Federal Constituency seat under the NDC, Hon. Felix Terese Ngutswen [FTN], has reaffirmed his commitment to the political, social, and economic development of the Kwande block.

Speaking with party stakeholders, Ngutswen emphasized that “a society can only grow when we prioritize human capacity building and the social welfare of the people.” 

He decried the rising insecurity that has displaced families from their ancestral homes in Tivland and pledged: “I will do everything within my power to ensure our people return home in peace and safety.”
