Brothers and sisters of Kwande/Ushongo,
For too long, our people have lived in fear. Farms abandoned. Children afraid to go to school. Families displaced from their ancestral lands.
This cannot continue.
I am contesting because security is not a campaign promise — it is a survival issue.
My commitment is clear:
1. Strengthen our borders – Work with security agencies, local vigilantes, and community leaders to secure every entry point from Manor to Jato-Aka. Our land must be defended.
2. Intelligence + Early Warning – Support community-based security networks with logistics and real-time intel so attacks are stopped before they happen.
3. Rehabilitate & Resettle – Provide shelter and support for IDPs. No Kwande/Ushongo son or daughter should be a refugee in their own land.
4. Federal Collaboration – Use my office at the National Assembly to push for more boots on ground, better equipment, and justice for victims.
Our forefathers conquered invaders. By God’s grace and with unity, we will conquer this too.
Security first. Development follows. Kwande/Ushongo shall rise again.
Hon. Felix Terese Ngutswen [FTN]
